Shipping & Courier Fulfillment Policy

Where We Ship

We only ship to physical addresses within the contiguous United States. PO boxes or military addresses are ineligible for shipping.

For certain rural or residential addresses, and subject to our security and compliance review, we may ship to the nearest UPS or FedEx facility.

Receiver Requirements

An adult age 21 or older must be present to sign for delivery unless we expressly authorize another delivery method.

Unless we expressly require delivery to a specifically identified individual, the required signature may be provided by another person who is lawfully present and authorized to accept packages at the designated shipping address, subject to the carrier's applicable signature requirements. This may include a household member, roommate, employee, receptionist, or other authorized recipient. Delivery to and acceptance by such a person at the designated shipping address may constitute completed delivery even if the purchaser does not personally receive or sign for the shipment.

Customers are responsible for selecting a secure delivery address and for ensuring that persons at the designated shipping address are trustworthy and authorized to accept high-value shipments. We are not responsible for loss, theft, misplacement, or unauthorized disposition occurring after a shipment has been properly delivered and accepted at the designated shipping address, to the extent applicable transit insurance has terminated or is unavailable.

Customers must not maintain, request, or authorize any carrier instruction that would permit a shipment to be delivered without the signature we require. This includes any signature waiver, signature release, delivery release, standing authorization, or similar instruction maintained through a carrier account or delivery-management service.

If a carrier releases a shipment without obtaining the required signature because of a waiver, release, or delivery instruction established or authorized by the recipient, transit insurance coverage for a resulting loss may be unavailable. We are not responsible for a loss to the extent insurance coverage is unavailable or denied because the recipient authorized the carrier to deliver the shipment without the required signature.

By accepting shipment from us, the customer represents that no signature waiver or release applicable to the shipment is in effect and agrees not to establish or authorize one while the shipment is in transit.

A customer may not, without our prior authorization, instruct the carrier to deliver or release the shipment to a friend, neighbor, household member, employee, agent, or other person at a different address or location. Such a request constitutes a change to the original delivery instructions and may void or limit transit insurance coverage.

Delivery to Receiving Areas and Third-Party Services

For purposes of carrier delivery and transit insurance, a shipment may be considered delivered before it reaches the customer's personal possession if the shipping address uses a designated receiving location or service.

Delivery to an authorized loading dock, central mailroom, package room or locker, front desk, concierge, building receiving department, or similar designated receiving area serving the shipping address may constitute completed delivery. Transit insurance may terminate when the carrier releases the shipment to that location or to personnel authorized to receive packages there.

Likewise, if the shipping address is a rental mailbox, freight forwarder, package-receiving service, or other third-party service that accepts shipments for the customer, delivery to that service may constitute completed delivery even though the shipment has not yet been transferred to the customer.

Customers are responsible for selecting a secure delivery address and for losses occurring after a shipment has been properly delivered to an authorized receiving area or third-party receiving service at that address, to the extent transit insurance has terminated or is unavailable.

We may decline to ship to an address that uses a package locker, common receiving area, rental mailbox, freight forwarder, or similar third-party receiving arrangement, or may require a different delivery method or address when necessary to satisfy security or insurance requirements.

Delivery Changes, Rerouting, and Carrier Instructions

Once a shipment is in transit, customers must not contact the carrier or any carrier station, facility, driver, or representative to request or authorize any change to the shipment or its delivery instructions without our prior authorization.

This includes, without limitation, requests to change the delivery address, reroute or redirect the shipment, hold it at a carrier facility or other location, change the delivery date or service, authorize release without the required signature, designate an alternate pickup person or location, return the shipment to sender, or otherwise modify the original shipping instructions.

Unauthorized instructions or changes made by the recipient may void or limit transit insurance coverage. If a customer or anyone acting on the customer's behalf requests or authorizes a change without our prior approval and insurance coverage is denied or unavailable as a result, we are not responsible for the resulting loss to the extent caused by that unauthorized instruction or change.

If a delivery change is necessary, the customer must contact us. We will determine whether the requested change can be made consistently with carrier requirements and applicable transit insurance.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is free on orders over $5,000. There is a shipping fee of $25 on smaller orders. Complimentary armored courier delivery may be available on qualifying orders of $650,000 or more, and we can provide a quote for armored courier delivery on any order of at least $100,000.

How We Ship

We typically ship via FedEx or UPS. Eligible orders can be delivered via private armored courier.

Shipments are protected by third-party transit insurance when eligible, subject to the applicable insurer's terms, conditions, limitations, and exclusions. Insurance coverage may depend on compliance by us, the carrier, and the recipient with applicable shipping and delivery requirements.

Secure Routing and Armored Delivery

For security, insurance, fraud-prevention, or other compliance purposes, we may route Goods through our own facility or another secure facility before final delivery. As part of that process, we may receive and inspect the Goods, verify their authenticity, record serial numbers, photograph or video-record them, package or repackage them, place them in tamper-evident packaging, and arrange final delivery by private armored courier or another secure delivery method.

We may require shipments to be delivered only to the Buyer's verified residential or business address, held for pickup at one of our facilities, or delivered by private armored courier. We are not required to deliver to a third-party address or to a hotel, freight forwarder, courier, driver, agent, caregiver, acquaintance, undisclosed recipient, or any other person or location.

We may delay, restrict, reroute, or otherwise modify delivery arrangements when reasonably necessary to complete payment, compliance, or fraud-prevention reviews, or to satisfy carrier or insurance requirements.
