Accepted Payment Methods

• Cash
• Zelle
• Bank Wire
• Certified Check/Cashier's Check
• The issuer must have a branch within Palm Beach County, Miami-Dade County, or Broward County.
• Debit/Credit Card
• The card must have have a chip or support tap to pay. We cannot accept cards which must be swiped or manually entered.
• Prepaid credit cards and cards issued by banks outside the United States are not accepted.
• We may decline to accept any card, regardless of issuer, in accordance with our fraud prevention or AML policies.
• Digital Wallet (Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, Google Pay)
• The transaction cannot be funded by a payment method which is otherwise not accepted under our payment policy.
• We may decline to accept any digital wallet payment, regardless of funding method, in accordance with our fraud prevention or AML policies.
• Trade-In (coins, bullion, gold jewelry, dental gold, raw gold, sterling silver)

We don't accept:

• personal or business checks
• cryptocurrency
• money orders
• PayPal, Venmo, or CashApp
• money transfers via services such as Western Union or Moneygram
• traveler's checks
• foreign currency

Transaction Limits

The following payment methods are subject to transaction limits:

• Cash: $10,000
• Zelle: Varies
• Your financial institution determines the transaction limit.
• Certified Check: $75,000
• Debit/Credit Card
• Online: $3,000
• In-Person: $10,000
• Digital Wallet (Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, Google Pay): $10,000

Processing Fees

The following payment methods are subject to processing fees:

• Cash: 0.0025% ($2.50 per $1,000)
• Debit/Credit Card: 4.0% (Chip/Tap/Online) or 4.5% (Manual Entry)
• Fees may be higher for some cards, including cards issued in by United States territories.
• Digital Wallet (Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, Google Pay): 4.0%
• Fees may be higher for some funding methods.

Processing Times

The following payment methods require processing time before posting:

• Certified Check: Up to 5 banking days

Identification Requirements

The following payment methods require the presentation of a government-issued photo ID:

• Certified Check
• Debit/Credit Card
• Digital Wallet (Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, Google Pay)
• Any other accepted payment if required by our fraud prevention or AML policies.

In some cases, we may require a photocopy of your ID and payment instrument.
