# Price Lock Policy

Because precious metals prices and product availability change continuously, quoted pricing, quoted fulfillment dates, and quoted availability are indications only until a price is locked and the order is confirmed.

Until price lock, Florida Gold Exchange LLC may adjust pricing, availability, fulfillment terms, or payment requirements due to spot-market movement, technical error, employee error, customer delay, vendor pricing updates, payment arrangements, product availability, compliance review, or other commercially reasonable cause.

## Retail Purchases From Us

For retail purchases, price is locked only after all of the following occur:

Customers with sufficient available funds in their Lock Deposit account may use those funds to lock price without a separate deposit payment. If payment is by precious-metals trade-in, we may need time to process the material before the final credit amount can be determined and applied.

When Florida Gold Exchange confirms an order or locks a price, Florida Gold Exchange may record the lock time, metal spot price, product premium, confirmed line-item price, payment or deposit status, source of pricing, vendor quote, supplier quote, hedge information, inventory allocation, or other market-exposure information related to the price lock. These records may be used to calculate market loss if the transaction is later canceled, dishonored, reversed, repudiated, refused, or not completed.

## Sales To Us

We may provide a preliminary, non-binding price at any stage. When selling coins or bullion to us, price is locked only after full identification and verification of material and management review of pricing and payment terms. Customers with sufficient Lock Deposit funds may be eligible to lock prices before delivery for common coin and bullion products.

For scrap gold, silver, dental material, raw gold, casting grain, industrial material, or items requiring further review, price can be locked only after full identification, weighing, pre-melt processing, and any required assay or secondary review.
