**What payment methods do you accept?**

We accept cash, Zelle, wire transfer, and more.

We also accept coins, bullion, or scrap precious metals as trade-in credit.

**Is my price locked in when I order?**

Your price is locked at the time of order confirmation and remains fixed regardless of fulfillment time. For orders not being paid in full at the time of purchase, we must collect a non-refundable deposit to confirm the order.

**How can I confirm the authenticity of my items?**

We offer complimentary authentication at pickup. Our primary verification tools include precision scales, the Sigma Metalytics PMV Pro, and the Niton XL2 XRF Precious Metals Analyzer or Niton DXL Precious Metals Analyzer.

**What are the order minimums?**

There is no minimum order for gold, silver, or platinum bullion. Small orders may be subject to a processing fee.

There is a $500 minimum for palladium bullion.

**Do I have to pay sales tax?**

In most cases, no. Gold, silver, and platinum bullion is fully exempt from Florida sales tax at any transaction amount. U.S. legal tender coins — including American Eagles and Buffalos in all metals — are also always exempt.

For foreign sovereign coins (Krugerrands, Maple Leafs, Britannias, etc.), the transaction must exceed $500 for the exemption to apply. If the total is $500 or less, applicable Florida sales tax will be added at checkout.

**When can I pick up my order?**

Our online catalog has fulfillment estimates for most products.

Select products may be available in limited quantities for immediate pickup.

For products not in stock, we offer three fulfillment options:

- Express: Same or next day.
- Priority: Within two business days.
- Standard: Typically 3-5 business days, but may be longer for back-ordered products.

We offer Standard pricing on all products. Express and Priority are available for some products at qualifying order minimums.

**Can my order be shipped?**

We offer free insured FedEx or UPS shipping to most addresses within the contiguous United States on orders of $5,000. Shipping is $25 on smaller orders. See our Shipping Policy for details and restrictions.

**Do you sell to customers outside the United States?**

We welcome international customers, but purchases must be initiated from within the United States. 

**Where do you source products?**

We source from distributors, US Mint Authorized Purchasers, secondary market wholesalers, refineries, and the public.
